A few weeks ago a friend of mine, Staci Boyer, posted an amazing piece on facebook, that really can motivate you to think about, not just how you manage your physical health, but how you manage your life. I reached out to her the other day and asked her if I could share her thoughts with you; and being forever the teacher and motivator, she said of course.

Here is the Motiv8nU softball team helping to raise money for Mutual Ground. This charity provides assistance to victims of domestic abuse. This particular Softball tournament is called Hits For Hope and is held each year by Nicole and Tony TuDisco. Each year Hits for Hope picks a different charity to fundraise for. Staci is partnering with School Districts 203 and 204 to work with girls from 5th grade to highschool. Her focus is to help young girls that are bullied, shy, or unsure of their special gifts and talents. Her desire is to help them discover confidence, and learn how to believe in themselves while creating a support network for these young ladies that will help empower them towards greatness!

Staci took 2nd in Fitness and Bikini at the Fitness America Midwest show on Oct 10.
This journey was one of dedication, discipline and goal setting. As Staci strives to be an overall role model in the health and fitness industry her next competion journey will take her to the Miss Fitness stage April 10 of 2010 at John Hanson's show in Bollingbrook, Illinois

Hi Staci - Just a note to SAY THANKS for pushing me to try to something new!! I was very nervous and TOTALLY out of my COMFORT ZONE, it was uncomfortable for me being on "that side of the gym" - but i have to say - I TOTALLY ENJOYED MY WORK OUT - and thanks to working out with you since I started your classes last April, I really do understand the importance of changing up - as the results I am seeing already this far are incredible !!
So, just want to say thanks again for all your help, support and guidance to me in my journey to STRENGTH!!
