Hi Staci - Just a note to SAY THANKS for pushing me to try to something new!! I was very nervous and TOTALLY out of my COMFORT ZONE, it was uncomfortable for me being on "that side of the gym" - but i have to say - I TOTALLY ENJOYED MY WORK OUT - and thanks to working out with you since I started your classes last April, I really do understand the importance of changing up - as the results I am seeing already this far are incredible !!

So, just want to say thanks again for all your help, support and guidance to me in my journey to STRENGTH!!

  You have been a great inspiration to me, I can't even explain to you how much you have helped me with my self esteem. You really have inspired me and have given me the courage to pursue my career in the health and fitness industry. I came to you a very insecure and unsure person, with your guidance, motivation and your confidence in me, I again feel I can accomplish whatever I set my mind to. I really hope we can continue to pursue speaking opportunities. I know you will do great and I can't think of anyone that deserves this recognition and opportunity better than you. Good luck!!
